At the bottom of the pole vault lies our learning curve. This is the area where mind muscle is built and shifts in behavior occur. When we are learning we are challenged to change what we think we know and we discover what we don’t know. All the while our emotions are shaken by the quake of our mind. The ultimate change takes place as our will engages and decides what to do with our findings. Do we accept the knowledge as truth and if we do, what behaviors does this affect?
